Leaving their Mark

The knowledge we have about the Armenian Genocide would not have been possible without the many stories we have learned through survivors of the genocide. Many survivors have left their mark by telling their children in hopes that it will be passed on while others have written books about what happened to them. 

Descendants of Armenian Genocide victims and survivors have also made an impact in our knowledge about the genocide. Some descendants have left their mark by writing books or trying to encapsulate what they want future generations to know. Both descendants and survivors have done this with the effort to keep the stories alive and inform future generations about the horrific past.
